Sport's Day - the day we had been preparing so long for - was finally here! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the field was in good condition. The students were excited as we boarded the buses for the 20 minute drive to the La Segesse playing field.
My job for part of the day was to time the races and watch who comes in at what place. Not a fun job for some of the close races! In the afternoon, I was a group leader for the junior girls. I took them around the pasture for the different field events - windball toss, broad jump, long jump, and football kick.
