A mountaintop experience

One morning we decided to rise before the sun so we could watch it rise.  So we dragged our unwilling bodies out of bed at 5:00 to go on a hike.

We walked quickly up to the top of the infamous hill, sometimes known as Jah-Jah Mountain.  By the time I reached the top of the hill, I was almost awake. ;)

Then we got to sit up there and enjoy watching Grand Anse wake up.  And also watch the amazing Artist of the Universe create an original sunrise!

The beautiful morning at the top of the hill was well worth the early hour we had to rise and the trek to the top of the hill necessary to see it!
